Mindfulness Based Self Care (MBSC) is a course that was developed to share the benefits of living consciously and mindfully in each moment of our lives. It was adapted from the mindfulness principles developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn – creator of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the University of Massachusetts. This course has been to numerous groups and classes. We are excited to share this with you online.

Through meditation the body is able to relax and allow natural healing to occur. It can be beneficial to everyone. It has been found that those who meditate use medical care/interventions 30-87% less than those who do not in all areas, other than childbirth.
